Significant rise in terror attacks on Israelis

Terrorist attacks against Israel have more than doubled in the last month.

According to figures compiled by Israel's General Security Service, there were a total of 128 terrorist incidents in March, compared to 61 the previous month.

The brutal murders of the Fogel family and the bus stop bombing in Jerusalem saw the tally of Israeli deaths from terrorism rise to six last month.

Jerusalem bomb victim's Bible mission

The scottish-born woman who was murdered in the Jerusalem bomb attack last week was taking part in a unique programme to translate the Hebrew Bible into hundreds of obscure languages.

Mary Jane Gardner had been studying at the Home for Bible Translators (HBT), which draws Christian translators from all over the globe for a 6-month course in ancient and modern Hebrew.

Former MI6 boss: Muslim Brotherhood 'terrorists at heart'

The former head of the MI6 has described the Muslim Brotherhood as being "at heart, a terrorist organisation".

Speaking at a conference on British-Israeli diplomatic relations at Chatham House, Sir Richard Dearlove also said that Hamas and Hizbollah were "Iranian surrogates".

He warned that it was necessary to "do everything you can to prevent Iran from becoming nuclear".

Concern growing over Facebook Third Intifada page

The Community Security Trust (CST) and the Board of Deputies have added their names to the growing list of individuals and organisations calling for Facebook to ban a page deemed “a call to arms” for Palestinian terrorists.

The creators of the page are urging violent uprisings on May 15 or Nakba Day, the date on which Palestinians mourn the establishment of Israel.
