Lord Sugar tribunal victory against former Apprentice

Lord Sugar has won an employment tribunal case brought against him by Apprentice winner Stella English.

Mrs English, who secured a job with Lord Sugar after competing in the popular BBC programme in 2010, brought a case of constructive dismissal earlier this year.

US billionaire Donald Trump has bitterly attacked Lord Sugar as “never successful” enough.

Mr Trump fronts the American version of the tv show The Apprentice.

In a Twitter attack on the BBC star, Mr Trump told the self-made Londoner: “Unlike you, I own The Apprentice. You were never successful enough.”


Lord Sugar to receive a T3 'Outstanding Contribution Award'

Lord Sugar, 65, will receive a T3 "Outstanding Contribution Award" for his extensive involvement in the technology industry.

The T3 awards ceremony, known as the Oscars of the gadget world, will take place at the Old Billingsgate in London next Monday.

A high-profile Labour peer has publicly stated that voters should not back Ken Livingstone to be mayor of London.

Lord Sugar, the Apprentice boss and millionaire entrepreneur, wrote on Twitter: "I don't care if Ed Miliband is backing Livingstone.

"I seriously suggest NO ONE votes for Livingstone in the Mayoral elections."

Lord Sugar has criticised young people for "waiting for the opportunity" to become the next Steve Jobs instead of taking the initiative to set up their own businesses.
