Father's frustration at North London Collegiate School over 'gas chamber' slur

The father of a Jewish pupil at North London Collegiate School who was told by a teacher she would be sent “to one of your gas chambers” has said that the school’s refusal to explain how it has dealt with the incident has turned it from a “personal matter to a community one”.

NHS probing use of logo at Brighton anti-Israel demonstration

The NHS is investigating the use of its logo at an anti-Israel protest last weekend.

People holding the NHS banner stood by boycott activists outside the Israeli-owned fizzy-drinks store EcoStream in Brighton. An NHS England spokeswoman said: “It’s nothing to do with us — these are just individuals. We don’t know anything about it. The South-East NHS is investigating.”

Blue singer Antony Costa on Twitter antisemitism

British singer Anthony Costa has been targeted by antisemitic trolls on Twitter.

The former Blue band member, whose mother is Jewish, told the Daily Star: "I get it all the time, I've had antisemitic comments, 'Jewish c***' and 'I hope your mum dies', everyone's got an opinion now."

An influential Muslim leader was accused of making antisemitic comments at one of France’s largest events on Islam on Wednesday.

Hani Ramadan, a Swiss Imam, allegedly said in a speech at the 31st Congress of the Union of Islamic Organisations in France (UOIF), held in Paris, that “all the evil in the world originates from the Jews and the Zionist barbarism”.
