Bianca Jagger, human rights activist and ex-wife of Mick Jagger, has tweeted a link to a neo-Nazi site which includes antisemitic, homophobic and racist remarks about British MPs.

Call for investigation into Jeremy Corbyn’s conduct at antisemitism report launch

A Jewish group has called on Labour to investigate Jeremy Corbyn’s conduct during yesterday’s launch of the report into antisemitism in the party.

Solicitors acting for Jewish Human Rights Watch wrote to Labour’s central office objecting to the party leader’s remark in which he compared Israel to hard-line Islamic states.

More than a third of British Jews feel less safe following the EU referendum result, a JC poll has revealed.

After the country backed leaving the European Union, 38 per cent of the community said the outcome had left them more concerned about their security. More than half said they felt pessimistic about the future.


Spike in hate crimes after referendum

The Board of Deputies has vowed "not to remain silent" after a surge in reported hate crimes in the aftermath of the Brexit vote.

The National Police Chiefs Council said that there had been a 57 per cent increase in hate crime reports in the four days following Brexit (85 reports, compared to 54 in a similar period the previous month).

A senior lecturer at the University of Brighton was subject to antisemitic abuse after carrying a book bag with the word ‘schlep’ on it.

Sociology lecturer, Natalie Pitimson was told to “f*** off back to Israel with the other Yids” on Tuesday on board a packed commuter train travelling through central London at rush-hour.


Swastika posters 'terrify our children'

Sarah's youngest son is too frightened to go outside with his brothers and sisters after swastika posters were plastered in a playground on the estate where they live.

The Nazi symbols were put up across five days this week in Amhurst Park, Stamford Hill, in what security group Shomrim described as "the first co-ordinated and repetitive act of antisemitism the area has ever seen".

Swastika posters have appeared at the entrance to a children’s playground for the fifth time in a week after police launched an investigation into the Nazi symbols discovered in Stamford Hill.

Shomrim, the Jewish neighbourhood watch, said it was “sad to see yet again” the image placed at entrance to the playground next to a Jewish Care Home.
