Kosher McDonald's to close at Israel's Ben Gurion

Fans of the pre-flight kosher McDonald's meal at Ben Gurion airport will have to find a new place to eat before they board.
The fast-food chain, which has two outlets at Israel’s main airport, will be replaced by Burger Ranch.
According to Ynet, the Israeli company has won a bid to operate exclusively at the airport for the next seven years.
Eli Orgad, one of the co-owners of Burger Ranch, said he wanted to show visitors that Israel had its own "high-quality and tasty hamburger brand".
There are currently some 160 McDonald's stores in Israel, 36 of which are kosher.
