The biggest tournament in Jewish student football is back.

The third Juefa Cup takes place in Nottingham on November 14 and offers male and female footballers a chance to pick up top prizes.

The five-a-side competition takes place on the same day as Nottingham JSoc’s Booze for Jews event. Sponsored by the Kyte Charitable Trust and UJIA Birthright, it will feature a barbecue and free refreshments for fans.

Players will be asked to donate old football shirts, scarves, gloves and hats which will be sent to disadvantaged children abroad.

The winning boys side will be rewarded with flights and tickets to see Jose Mourinho’s Real Madrid play a La Liga match at the Bernabeu. Runners-up get a free football shirt.

Other prizes include £20 Nike vouchers and the top girls side will enjoy a free day trip to Paris on Eurostar.

Registration costs £55 per team for boys and £30 for each female side.
