FC Team A became only the second league team to win at Clowes this season courtesy of strikes from Richard Salmon and Marc Harris.
Rob Blackman was the marksman for Brixton.
FC Team secretary Jonathan Pearl, who took charge in the absence of manager Mitch Young, told JC Sport: "It was a game that we totally dominated and bar some wayward finishing, we should have put the game to bed far earlier.
"Our front line caused them numerous problems throughout the match and they weren't able to contain the power and pace we continuously showed.
"Our back four were excellent and stayed solid throughout and they only scored in the 93rd minute through a dodgy penalty.
"Everyone was great today, but star of the match was without doubt Ollie Segal at right back. He showed his true class with a performance that showed maturity and his ever increasing importance to the team. He didn't put a foot wrong and both defended and attacked superbly."
FC Team manager Mitch Young told JC Sport: "I am very happy with the win although disappointed we did not score more goals.
"Brixton scored a soft penalty in the last minute but this game could have been a very high scoreline but we were slack with our finishing which is not on.
"However back-to-back wins and we are moving up the table which is very pleasing. We must keep going, train hard as every game is a real test at this level, but I still believe the league is wide open so every game counts."
Brixton assistant-player-manager Rob Blackman told JC Sport: "We knew what to expect against FC Team. With the quality of players at our disposal we should have been able to deal with them, but to be fair they stuck to their game plan and it worked.
"They were well drilled and didn’t take their foot off the gas and spurned a couple of decent chances to go further ahead.
"We didn’t start playing until the last 15 where we did start looking dangerous and managed to pull one back but it was too little too late. We will be looking for a positive reaction against Norstar next week."
DC Prediction: Brixton 2 FC Team A 2
