Two goals from supersub Elliot Setyon helped Louis Taylor's Neasden B make an excellent start against a Blizzard team that finished the match with 10 men.
Neasden opened the scoring only for Adam Speck to make it 1-1 from the penalty spot, but the visitors went on to score two further goals from Louis Taylor and Setyon again.
Blizzard's misery was completed in the dying minutes when Oli Simons was dismissed.
NWN player-manager Adam Levene told JC Sport: "It was a tough match. We improved in the second half and created more chances to deserve the win.
"I was pleased with the defensive display."
Blizzard boss Simon Linden told JC Sport: "We dominated the first half, hitting the bar twice and also scoring a disallowed goal. We played some great football.
"The secnd half was a different story - we took our eye of the ball a bit and let Neasden back in. They took there chances, fair play.
"Next week is massive, we have to bounce back against Norstar."
