Two goals from Brad Wine helped the Oaks return to winning ways as they hit Norstar for six.
Further strikes from Dan Geey, Josh Rose, Adam Levine and David Braudes put the icing on the cake.
Norstar's goals came through Zak McLeod and the ever-reliable Jonny Kay.
Oakwood joint-manager Ric Blank told JC Sport: "It was a tremendous performance all round - especially after last week's defeat to Raiders. We dominated Norstar all over the park and bullied them in all areas from back to front.
"We were quick out the blocks and we're unlucky to be only 3-1 up at HT. Brad scored again soon after the break to end the game as a contest before a Geey pen and lovely finish from debutant Braude put some gloss on the score."
