Neasden boss Dan Hodes told JC Sport: "Two goals in each half showed our ability to get behind the Temple Fortune defence and despite a spirited comback, which saw them briefly draw level at 2-2 at the beginning of the second half, we quickly re-established the lead and went on to win.

"It was a great effort from an older team who used their heads wisely.

"My final comment must lie in what an absolute pleasure it was to have Jon Kaye back in the side after his major health problems. He is a treasure and an example to all."
