Camden Park remain the only team in Division Two with an unbeaten record after they claimed an impressive victory, courtesy of a Josh Toff double, at London Marathon Playing Fields to move three points clear at the top of the table.
Camden's Nick Kagan told JC Sport: "A very solid defensive display meant a fairly comfortable victory today and a decent performance all round.
"It's really important that we keep up the good attitude next week."
Thornes player-manager Dan Lipman told JC Sport: "The better team won. We just didn't turn up at the races.
"Two horrendous mistakes gifted them two very soft goals, but over all they performed and we didn't."
