Hat-tricks from ADAM LEVENE and LOUIS TAYLOR helped Neasden C complete one of the comebacks of the day to beat Catford in a 12-goal thriller at Norseman FC.

The Cats raced into a 3-0 lead after just 10 minutes with all three efforts wind-assisted.

Confident they could still get something from the game, NWN did not let their heads drop and once they got the ball down and played some football, they started creating chances.

NWN got back into the game with a powerful left footed strike from Taylor, and the belief began to flow back into the team.

A wonder goal from Oli Joseph was up next - he controlled the ball with his left foot, swivelled and struck a powerful volley into the corner with his right from outside the box.

The equaliser came before half time when Adam Levene, who was leading the comeback by example from centre mid, ran through on goal and forced a save from the Catford keeper, and Taylor was there to tap in.

In the second half, a the goals were flowing as Levene scored two more to complete his hat-trick, Taylor poached another one for his treble and substitute Elliot Setyon scored with a well placed finish.

Catford's scorers were Jamie Sinai (2), Adam Lewis and David Powell.

NWN player-manager Louis Taylor told JC Sport: "I'm not sure what Alan Hansen would say about the defending, but another three points and on we go to next week."
