Redbridge completed a miserable week with an impressive victory over Raiders B at Brunel.
The red-hot Adam Bolle, Mitch Lassman and Danny Sugarman sealed the win.
Raiders' goals came through top-scorer David Dinkin and captain Rik Sherman.
Raiders boss Rob Richman told JC Sport: "We battled hard but at the moment too many players being absent seems to be costing us points.
"We were 1-0 up and 2-1 up against a very depleted but decent Redbridge side who had to play a good hour of the match with 10 after an injury to their left back.
"It wasn’t the greatest game and we can definitely play better but until player availability improves we will find things tough."
