Brilliant Bolle batters FC Team

Three goals from ADAM BOLLE eased defending champions Redbridge A past the challenge of FC Team at Meadow Park.

Steve Summers and Daran Bern completed an emphatic victory for Eilon Kennet's men.

FC Team's consolation came through Simon Peterman.

FC Team manager Mitch Young told JC Sport: "We started well - hitting the post and having a couple of chances which we failed to convert before gifting Redbridge three goals through individual errors.

"Then right on half time we missed a penalty which could have swung the momentum back in our favour.

"Our goalie then got injured, but second half was a much spirited performance and having missed another penalty you knew it was not going to be our day.

"Saying that Redbridge are the better team and deserved the victory. They have a very talented striker who know the tricks of the trade and they got away with every trick because the referee failed to take control.

"Overall, we wish Redbridge luck for the rest of the season and we forget about this one."
