When the team at the top takes on a team near the bottom, there’s only one thing that springs to mind – home banker.

Joe Levy’s Mill Hill go into the game against L’Equipe bang in form and with three consecutive clean sheets to their name, it’s hard to see anything other than another handsome win.

Top-scorer Ben Zloof was back to his best against Jewventus last Sunday, hitting the target four times in a 6-0 victory. A confident Zloof will be relishing getting his hands on the L’Equipe defence.

Rob Kleinmann (2), Harry Waterman, Adam Lenz and Scott Ackerman were the scorers when Mill Hill put in a five-star performance against L’Equipe last month. Levy came away from the game praising his team’s “great character and a great spirit”.

L’Equipe have not scored for the last two games and their confidence could do with a boost. It’s vital they don’t have an inferiority complex as an early Mill Hill goal could open the floodgates. They must get tight to their markers and not allow the home team to get the ball down and play.

It sounds good in theory but I think Mill Hill’s class will pay dividends on the day.
