Glenthorne dream team first over the line

There were many strong contenders this week but messus Rosenthal and Sandford are the standout choice for me after becoming the first team to clinch promotion this season. A 13th consecutive victory, over their nearest rivals, came courtesy of a double from Richard Rosenthal and another from Sandford for good measure. Indeed Sandford also tops the JC MSFL goal charts, although the fact that the team will only play 16 games may could against him in the long run in terms of the JC Golden Boot award. They have put together an excellent squad that will undoubtedly start next season as one of the favourites to win Division Two. But one step at a time. That's always been the motto. First they want to clinch the title next season and given that virtually all their rivals have admitted they are head and shoulders the best team in the division, I expect it to happen.
