Michael Kenley bagged a brace as Brady finished the weekend in second position after winning the Rowley Lane derby 3-1.

Adam Arnold scored the other to give Joel Nathan's men three valuable points.

Nathan told JC Sport: "It was a convincing win and we were never in danger as we controlled the match from the first whistle until the last. If anything I am disappointed we didn't finish the game off earlier, but we were not clinical enough and made things nervy when there was no need.

"A win is a win and as I said last time the aim now is to remain unbeaten in the league until end of season."

Lions player-manager Jamie Kyte scored his first goal of the season, and told JC Sport: "We played a very young Brady team today who had a very strong midfield. When they have to play us at home, I'm sure it'll be a different matter."
