Hollywood actress Jennifer Lawrence might have topped FHM magazine’s 100 Sexiest Women in the World poll this year, but British and American Jewish women followed soon after.
An incredible ten per cent of the list was Jewish.
American actress and model Emily Ratajkowski – who starred in Robin Thicke’s controversial Blurred Lines video – made her debut on the list and was the highest-ranking Jewish woman at number four.
Ms Ratajkowski, who was born in London, is of Polish-Jewish descent on her mother’s side.
Jewish Ukrainian actress Mila Kunis slipped into sixth place, after being named FHM Sexiest Woman last year.
The 30-year-old, who starred in the Black Swan with Israeli Natalie Portman, is pregnant with fiancé Ashton Kutcher’s child.
Scarlett Johansson – who faced criticism this year for advertising Israeli SodaStream products made in a West Bank factory - soared 39 spots from last year, coming in at number 10.
British Countdown presenter Rachel Riley was the highest riser on the list, jumping 73 places to take the 17th spot.
At 54 years old, British chef Nigella Lawson made her debut on the list as the oldest entry, ranking in 21st place.
Actress Alison Brie, who came in 39th place, grew up with a secular Jewish mother and Christian-Hindu father.
In an interview with the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, she once said: “My mother, God love her, is a very proud Jew and would always make sure we knew we were Jewish.
"I remember being six years old and her saying, you know you guys are Jewish. If Hitler came today he would take you.”
English model and actess Rosie Huntington-Whiteley – who is descended from Polish Jews who came to Britain in the 19th century – was number 61.
Israeli model Bar Rafaeli came in 66nd place , while Glee star Diana Agron was ranked 84th.
Finally, Gal Gadot – who has starred in the Fast and the Furious – came in 97th place – making her debut on the list.
