More than 100 teenagers danced the night away at the 40th annual Younger JNF KKL Scotland “After the Fast Dance”. Bnei Akiva attracted over 60 people for the last night of Selichot before Yom Kippur at its headquarters in Temple FortuneActress and author Maureen Lipman compered a gala evening of music in aid of Emunah. The 320 guests at the Cadogan Hall in Knightsbridge raised over £100,000 for Emunah's children's homes in Israel.The Federation of Synagogues dedicated an ambulance to Magen David AdomLady Bette Stone, David and Adele Granet at Giffnock and Newlands Hebrew Congregation’s gala dinner for its 75th anniversary celebrations. More than 250 people packed the synagogue's banqueting suite for a dinner and evening of entertainment.Residents of Hammerson House organised a September Soirée for 90 guests, including a buffet and performances by the Hammerson House Choir and violinist Anna BackDavid Adom paramedic, Sarah Cascella completed a whistle-stop tour of northern communities, covering 1,000 miles and speaking to over 900 people in a week.
