JCC at Jewish Book Week - True Tales?

For the first time, Jewish Book Week will be commissioning new work – storytelling with a common theme. We have entitled the evening ‘True Tales?’ and have selected some of our favourite writers to present works of either truth or fiction. The tales are themed ‘Imprints of Home and Exile’, and the writers will be offering suggestions of what remains when we leave home; which aspects of home leave us, and which do we carry with us? Spinning homespun yarns will be comedy writer Jon Canter, Jewish pirate specialist Ed Kritzler, Indian novelist Esther David, Rachel Holmes and Irma Kurtz. In association with JCORE.
