You will be using your core abdominal muscles to control the hula hoop and the rest of your body to stabilise yourself. It is a cardiovascular activity that will allow you to burn as much as 100 calories in 10 minutes and achieve the dream washboard stomach. You will be having too much fun to even realise it is a full body workout!
