On Thursday 25th October at 5pm Dr Lars Fischer will give a lecture for the 2012 Festival of Ideas, entitled: "Is the study of Jewish-Christian relations in Europe still important?". This talk will discuss approaches to the study of Jewish-Christian relations in Europe and argue the case for the professionalisation of the broadly contextualized study as a rigorous academic discipline. The Festival of Ideas is a free, University-wide festival of the arts, humanities and social sciences. For further details about its events please see here.
