No doubt you have all been trying to resist temptation since the New Year, so why not indulge a little for a good cause. On March 15th Gloria Hunniford and the Mill Hill branch of Curves are hosting an afternoon tea party with wellbeing and fitness advice for women of all ages. The event will also be in aid of Gloria’s charity, in honour of her late daughter; The Caron Keating Foundation.
Starting at 2pm at the Holiday Inn in Elstree, the afternoon will comprise of talks from medical professionals about exercise and healthy living, as well as women who have overcome illness through exercise. Gloria will also be on hand to discuss her methods of achieving wellbeing as well as the work carried out by the Caron Keating Foundation.
Curves, the world’s largest fitness franchise for women, will be providing exercise suggestions to help women to stay in shape as well as an opportunity to try out their equipment. There will also be demonstrations of the newly launched Powerhoop; a weighted and fluted hulahoop designed to effectively slim your waist and strengthen your muscles.
