Two brothers have been reunited at Donisthorpe Hall after 60 years living on either side of the world. Myer Silver, 88, who left Leeds after the Second World War to live in America said he was thrilled to be back and living under the same roof as his brother, Bernard, 93. Mr Silver had worked at a bird sanctuary outside Santa Rosa, where he had looked after wounded eagles.
