Twenty-seven Leeds community members have been shortlisted for the third annual local Jewish Community Pride awards.
Initiated by Leeds Jewish Welfare Board in 2009, the awards invite nominations from all strands of community life, recognising those who have made a significant impact over the past 12 months.
Categories include personalities of the year, best educator, community volunteer, sportsperson and carer.
Winners will be announced at the awards gala dinner at Etz Chaim Synagogue on December 7.
