Police had been seeking Dean Parker, 22, from Salford, after he failed to attend a court hearing in November. At Minshull Street Crown Court on Monday, he was convicted of eight counts of racially aggravated common assault . His mother, Shameem Parker, 52, admitted one count. Over a dozen people were sprayed with water by the occupants of a Fiat Doblo as it drove through Broughton Park in June.
