Only a fantasist could believe in the euro now (Express)

What a ludicrous article (I know it's the Daily Express so intelligent and impartial, balanced analysis is beyond it / you) but this particular article is messianic and pompous to the extreme. Don't worry dear, the EU is doing just fine and will overcome the current 'crisis' just as the US will overcome hers.
I know you can only get a gig at The Express (with as low a circulation as the JC) but can't you at least offer some sort of impartiality and intelligence in your writing?

Is this the Express that managed to keep Maddie McCann on its front page every day for a WHOLE YEAR.Please don't ask me how I know this.

Being new to the JC I am surprised that some comments by readers resemble more the sort of thing expected in the Guardian's vile "Comment Is Free", and any views deviating from a leftish stance must be attacked with venom. I applaud your piece about the undemocratic totalitarian Empire of the EU, which corresponds to the prevailing thought in this country. I always look forward to your articles which are reality-based and not fantasist.
