Yes indeed, Advis3r. There should be zero tolerance for such trolls on the JC site.
Never mind, good article, Mr P.

And that makes it better? The ECHR on no evidence but a perception considers the rights of a person who is considered extremely dangerous to be more important that the rights of ordinary law-abiding UK citizens.

The ECHR is there to protect all of us, including those we may not like. The law applies to all equally. (this isn't Israel where separate laws apply to ethnic groups)

The Express, like all the tabloids have an agenda of bashing the ECHR and the EU.

suzanna please stop making gratuitous false allegations about Israel this is about the UK. Plain and simple you are a liar - all people are equal before the law in Israel but the lies keep coming from you don't they.

And sniveller I hope you don't live to regret those words the man is a Jew hater if you want him free to walk the streets of the UK and plan attrocities like 7/7 one must question your sanity - but there again seeing the other nonsense you post there is little wonder you support this anti-Semite.

Againsuzanna lies when she says this is just bashing by the tabloids.

Fromm the BBC http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-16923527

For Labour, shadow home secretary Yvette Cooper said the government should be "straining every sinew" on behalf of the public to deport the preacher.

In an interview to be found at the same link Hazel Blears calls for changes in the power of the EHRC to stop it second guessing the courts of the UK.

There is obviously cross party support to remove this anti-Semite from the country - but since suzanna obviously supports him she rails against this blog.

Oh, you are so unbelievably tiresome.

I am NOT defending Abu Qatada, I am defending the ECHR and the European Convention for Human Rights. The law has to be equal for everyone even if we don't like them.

The constant attacks by the tabloids on the EU and the ECHR is something I disagree with.

That was the point I am making. And it does not make me an anti semite. (can you not think of any other insult you tiresome little person?)

may I say I am so pleased I am getting on your nerves. The ECHR is supposed to be safeguarding human rights - however how comes on the basis of no evidence it decides that he cannot be deported because he MIGHT be convicted on testimony obtained by torture. Says a lot for your friends the Jordanians doesn't it?
So that trumps actual evidence and the human rights of those put in danger by him being allowed to be set free - that is what you are defending you tiresome troll.
