In June 2010 SCoJeC organised a meeting between medical experts, Crown Office, a member of the Scottish Parliament Justice Committee, and representatives of the Jewish and Muslim communities to discuss alternatives to surgical post-mortem. http://www.scojec.org/news/2010/10vi_pm/pm.html
