Paul Golin, an associate director of the Jewish Outreach Institute in Manhattan, has found the enemy and it is in his office: the chair. He suspected the device, and his fears have been found to be true. Research analysts at the University of Queensland published findings that excess sitting 'inflates your spare tire, lowers levels of beneficial HDL cholesterol and raises levels of inflammation and blood fats.'
So now he is standing at his desk.
Bye-bye chair.
I'd blog more, but now that I know mine enemy, I gotta get out and run...
and maybe learn to blog from a mobile.
But stay tuned, and keep standing.
