The domino theory started in South America failed to convince EU of taking unilateral decisions.
EU insists that negotiations should be held. PA's hopes that 'Palestine' could be created without negotiations and forcing insecure borders upon Israel are now over.

Now PA has just been losing time, at the expense of peace.
