All Israel will do is say yes we will speak to the unity PA Government if they confirm that they will abide by the three conditions set down by the quartet, i.e. forswear violence, abide by previous agreements between Israel and the PA and recognise Israel. Since Hamas has said it will do none of these things the Arabs will be branded the rejectionists and therefore the whole thing is doomed from the start. I'd hold back on your "celebrations" for just a while - as they say calm down dear!
