A body that is so easily bought by hardball-playing Public Affairs Committees, such as the NRA, Aipac and various other lobbies. Its members want to keep their seats that's why they do what the PACs say.
The US Congress has no standing in international law. In fact, when it comes to foreign affairs, it has very little say in US policies. And remember, Christian Fundamentalist trolls, it was your man Dubya who said the US vision was a two-state solution.
