According to this website http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/142593 Mad Muamar has a Jewish grandparent. Is it not the case, therefore, that under the Law of Return he is entitled to full Israeli citizenship? Maybe he's done a runner from Tripoli to Tekoa? He'd be among like-minded friends at that West Bank colony.
