Just What Does It Take?

Just what does it take to galvanise our head-in-the-sand leadership into action?

Today I asked the following question of Mr Vivian Wineman who heads the Board of Deputies and the Jewish Leadership Council:

Ron Prosor recently wrote: 'Never has a British broadsheet so openly served the agenda of Middle Eastern extremism. The Guardian must be commended for its transparency -- readers can no longer doubt its affinity for Hamas.' Will you now call on the community to shun the Guardian, including withdrawing advertising?

The answer (transcribed by me so may not be word-for-word accurate, but there will be an 'official' transcript which I will post here) was:

We don't support boycotts. Deputies can be trusted to choose their news sources acccordingly

Just look again at how The Guardian has used the "Palestine Papers" to vilify Israel, not to mention years of previous offences:

Mr Wineman's limp-wristed response will be taken by Rusbridger, Milne, Freedland and Co to mean that they can vilify and lie about Israel as much as they want - without major commercial consequences. By contrast imagine what would happen to The Guardian's revenues, were it to publish a few cartoons about a certain Prophet ...

Memo to Australia's Jewish Community: Can you please lend us a few genuine strong leaders?

These so-called leaders are useless, stupid cowards. They most certainly don't represent me.

The Guardian is a filthy antisemitic rag, but let's not forget that the Independent is even filthier.

With honourable exceptions, Anglo-Jewry's "leaders" are a lame lot.

All well and good, Jonathan, but you would have more credibility if you called also for a boycott of BSkyB and other Murdoch enterprises unless and until it dropped the truly antisemitic Press TV from its platform.

It is indeed appalling that Press TV is allowed to operate in the UK.

Now the slimy scum are marking down criticism of the TV station of a Nazi regime ... it takes moral degeneracy of quite spectacular proportions to do this, but then we know that the antisemites frequenting this blog are moral degenerates of quite spectacular proportions.

The question posed is "What does it take to galvanize our head in the sand leadership?"

The answer is there is no leadership whatsoever. Head in the sand means that your rear end is vulnerable. Were we to have effective leadership Anglo Jewry would not be in the state that it is in.

So, now we have to conclude that the slimy scum frequenting this blog are in fact fans of the TV station of a Nazi regime, i.e. they are now Nazi sympathisers. Not a huge surprise, I must admit.
