More settlement toxicity

According to Ynet report, Israel's Deputy Attorney General Raz Nizri told the Knesset that settlers had made phone threats. "This week the phone rang at 2 am. By chance, one of my kids answered and heard some harsh statements against me. Since then he has not been able to sleep," he said.

According to the report in Hebrew, here, the settlements' leaders and supporters didn't exactly rush to condemn such poisonous behaviour. They actually seemed to condone it. More proof that the settlements have poisoned the debate in Israel.

Meanwhile, in Safed...

Oh, dear ... now JM has lost it completely, gone stratospheric, started foaming at the mouth, thrown his toys out of the pram and lost all contact with reality.

ONE phone call by some annoymous caller is not "settlers had made phone threats", never mind the absurd statement "More proof that the settlements have poisoned the debate in Israel". Your jumping to such bigoted conclusions is a sad reflection on your sanity.

It's a shame, Leah, that you can't read or understand Hebrew, otherwise you'd know that it was several phone calls and death threats.
