This was in the New York Forward. Funny and sad at the same time.
I suppose the Forward can be added to the list of enemies.

There is one fact to keep in mind, here. In the US, a plaintiff in a civil lawsuit must show "preponderance of evidence" to succeed. I would assume in Israel it's a similar standard.

If that's the case, how likely would the Israeli Supreme Court allow damages in cases with loads of sentiment and flimsy evidence?

Any experts on Israeli law here?
