Hitler allusions on the JC web site

Just who is this maniac stealing photos of other bloggers and painting Hitler moustaches on them? Is the Jewish Chronicle content to play host to such an atrocity? Does he think that any Holocaust survivor or their descendants would find this funny?
If someone did that with Jonathan Hoffman's photo, would they be tolerated?
