The village has previously seen so-called "price tag" violence. This is a policy of attacks on Palestinians or their property carried out by Jewish extremists in response to any action taken by the Israeli government or security forces against settlement expansion.

In order to avoid making a “value judgment”, the corporation’s managers have ruled that he can only be described as “radical”.
Seems Jews allegedly carrying out vandalism can be called extremists and that is not a value judgment but not a terrorist Jew-hater with proven links to Al Qaida.
