Tom Gross writes:

"The Guardian published an incredible 37 comment pieces on the flotilla incident between May 31 and June 9, almost all bashing Israel.

At the same time (as usual) they all but ignored the 130 other conflicts around the world – most of which are far more deadly than the Israeli-Palestinian conflict (such as the ongoing genocide against Muslim and other minority populations in Burma about which the world cares nothing).

Western media that bash Israel are even silent on the killing of Afghans that their own armies carry out every day. (42 countries have armies in Afghanistan.)"

The swastika on the first one looks more like the original Indian symbol than the Nazi one.
As for the rest, par for the course across the region.

Yvetta,
I have seen similar stuff many times before. But is is quite chilling, and it provides the underlying context for the anti-Israel propaganda that is the staple diet of the Western media.

abbot "the Guardian's not anti-semitic", take note. 37 comment pieces, almost all bashing Israel - not the IHH or its jihadist friends.

The mainstream media in the West would never show you these cartoons. Information you're not meant to see is suppressed. Why, this may make the Arabs look bad, and demonstrate the mentality Israel is up against - we couldn't have that, could we?

BD, I have too; I used to work for a communal leader who had a big worldwide collection of Judaica and Jewish-related material. Anti-Dreyfusard a/s ... Nazi a/s ... Soviet a/s ... Arab a/s ... all much of a muchness.

Amber, I hope Steve gets the point - CiF Watch has a pie chart of Guardian pieces re the flotilla incident, for instance, showing the overwhelming preponderance of antis. Have a look, Steve.

amber,
Yes, of course, there would be no debate about these cartoons in the English press. It is, as if, they do not exist.

But let's wait for comments from Abbott, Eisner, Ibrows etc. Oh yes.

Surely, we should be isuing our own "Fatwah" or edict to have the authors, publishers and de-semminaters of these cartoons ritually killed.
Anyone with me on this?

Don't blame the Guardian and our free press here. Blame Israel. Are you all blind. They killed 9 people in international water and are now holding a kangaroo trial in Israel with a great middle eastern expert David Trimble as a witness!

Israelis murdered the guardian printed amusing topical cartoons. You might be interested to know that the Guardian's daily sale figures 300,000 are more than the Jewish population of the UK. Quite a substantial number of us quite happily read this paper.
enjoy the Fussball. I am surprised you haven't suggested that the referees are anti-semitic.

Sorry couldn't understand your post?
Anyway,
Tens of thousands of people have fled their homes because of the violence between ethnic Kyrgyz and Uzbeks.
Did you read that "tens of thousands"
Who cares?
You don't
The UN doesn't
Israel and the Jews are not involved so no one cares, it doesn't even make the front page of the BBC web site
But, 9 Turkish Jihadists get killed by Israeli soldiers acting in self defence and you and the worlds press goes mad.
Wha'ts your favourite buzzword? - "Proportionality"
