Considering the 40 Scud missiles launched against Israel in the 1st Iraq war, your title should have read:
"Can Blair and Bush claim credit for the Iraqi death toll?"
- and for the so-called "humanists" who don't like what I wrote: - if you don't live in Israel go mind your own business. Having to put a gas-mask on a frightened 4-year old is not a pleasant procedure. Try it on your own kids first.
