The PA has betrayed people who, er, aren't Palestinian

Never let it be said that the PSC have no sense of
humour. At least I assume this press release, which has just popped into my
inbox, is meant as a joke:

SCOTS PALESTINE GROUP CONDEMNS PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY AS
“COLLABORATORS”.

A Palestine
campaign group says the publication by Al-Jazeera and the Guardian yesterday of
the “Palestine Papers” confirms its view of the Palestinian Authority (PA) as
“collaborators”.

It's almost as good as yesterday's Grauniad leader, which
ranted at the PA for not following Seumas Milne's instructions.

Of course they don't support moderation and compromise, they are extremists and their cause is the destruction of Israel. Always has been, always will be. In this deranged world view anyone who makes peace with Israel will be branded a traitor.

This can be spun this way,that way and the other way but one thing can be taken straight to the bank.If any " Palestinian negotiater " ever was tempted to make such a craven disgusting deal, he now NEVER ever can.

So if Israel is ever to get the two state outcome it needs if it is to survive as a Jewish state it is going to have to come up with something very,very, very much better.

So if only in this sense these leaks add up to a big win for the Palestiians

If there was ever any doubt that this craven, disgusting, mendacious, hate-filled poster is motivated by visceral hatred of Israel, this statement is evidence enough.
