The crucial thing is that IGTO appeals, within 21 days.

If it does, your letters will help

if it doesn't, then the decision stands

Those are the ASA's rules. Only the Advertiser can appeal.

Apparently the ruling means Thomas Cook etc will have to remove all their brochures of Israel etc. Madness madness - why aren't the politicians speaking up about this? we should write to the IGTO and urge them to appeal.

I am not sure that it does. Holiday brochures do not come within the jurisdiction of the ASA.

How absurd that the ASA rules against this advert yet the Charity Commission allows War on Want to get away with blatant lying.
