The chairman of the board of governors is being unbelievably contradictory when he won;t allow fathers to attend the girls' part of the sports day at Yavneh.
Problem is sir you have a male teacher tutoring your girls at P.E....I beg to ask the question will you now sack him?

Exactly, we seem to have some religious extemists running our communities and schools who were not brought up in religious backgrounds and environments and have "come to religion in later lfe" and therefore do not understand the halachic concepts well enough to make valued judgements.
I had the same trouble at Immanuel College where my daughter who is a fantastic dancer was performing and I was not allowed to go and watch her! I think all moderate Orthodox parents faced with this sort of nonsense at our schools should make a stand, have meetings with the Governors and get these ridiculous extremist views over ruled. We are living in the UK not Iran.
