Including Palestine and the Palestinians, whose history and society can only be described as apartheid with regard to Jews based on the history of the last 100 years at least.

I.e. dissolving the one Jewish state in the world for its alleged apartheid qualities would be to dissolve it into sea/desert of apartheid Arab and Islamic states and societies, including the Palestinian.

Indeed. What about Palestinian Arab Muslims and Christians pre-Occupying Palestinian and Israeli Jews with threats to oppress, exclude, expel or eliminate them and their society, in the case of the PLO until 1988 (and arguably rather longer), in the case of Hamas until today.

Just because you're the weaker party, with the stronger keeping you that way, doesn't mean you're the more innocent one.
