Life's rich tapestry

Whatever He throws at us, we have to accept. We say it is all part of His plan and we are merely the pawns on the chessboard of life. My father olov hashalom said it is not the problems we have to endure but the way we deal with them that counts. In one year, I have lost my father, my mother-in-law and have a son, Gideon, with Hodgkins Lymphoma. In addition, my brother has had a stroke so positivity is just a word. However, with the help and support of my friends life indeed does go on and each day brings fresh challenges which can only strengthen one's character. May the Almighty continue to give me strength to overcome and help Gideon to make a full recovery. Through his articles and blogs I empathise with his spirit and positivity which filters through to me. I still count all my blessings.
