I have no objection to Israel terminating terrorists. Remember that Gazan's were killed because of HAMAS rocketing Israel. They were warned and chose to attack Israeli civilians, take Israeli soldiers hostage, violate all human rights known in this part of the galaxy.
The 'Palestinians' (remember that this term names a fiction) do not 'defend' themselves. Nobody forces them to rocket Sderot. Israeli civilians are their targets, and mostly not soldiers. They elected a terrorist group to lead them to a war of genocide against Israel. They had to face some of the consequences.
