Among and between the Yamim (and a happy New Year to any old friends) I'm working on my next book, on history etc of brass musical instruments, illustrated mostly from my own collection. For my previous books, see my website jeremymontagu.co.uk, which illustrates all their covers and gives some details of them. Current job, having written the basic text, is measuring and photographing, much the least interesting part of the job!

Now entertaining my Israeli children and grandchildren while the latter have Succot week free from school, shopping and sight-seeing between the Hagim and enjoying my daughter's cooking.
