Iran attempts to evade sanctions

Isn't it amazing how sometimes Al Beeb goes against type and does something like this?!
I suppose that it's such a labyrinthine organisation there there are still a few good people lurking within it who don't share its usual line.

one of my neighbors,(nice Jewish guy!), is one of the BBC web site editors, so occasionally stuff like this does get put up there.
