Following raid on yeshivot offices which revealed that three haredi organizations embezzled millions from government through ID fraud, police reveal that 40 other foundations were in on deal for years.
...
The official stated that every fake name that the organizations listed brought in 880 NIS (about $240) a month on average. Since there were more than 40 foundations, each reporting hundreds of fake names, the suspects embezzled hundreds of thousands of NIS a month for each organization, which amounted to tens of millions of NIS a year.

"This system has been in place for many years," she said. "During yesterday's raid millions of NIS were found, some in cash, while some went directly to the pockets of the suspects and to other sources."

No doubt, these guys are "true believers"! They believe that divine providence should be helped a bit. Considering they don't have to serve in the IDF, I understand the real students who protest the stipends offerred by the Israeli taxpayers to these do-nothing, good-for-nothing.
Let's hope the police discovers many of their accomplices and put them where they belong.

And it is not the first time that this kind of fraud happens.

Another attack on haredim, one in a series by someone who claims to be Israeli but shirked his duty to serve in the IDF.

I am not haredi, I wear a "kipa sruga" (knitted kipa) and served in the IDF (Armoured Corps), but I don't see the fairness in allowing these senseless attacks on haredim by an IDF shirker, even when I myself am greatly opposed to very many (if not most) of the things haredim do in Israel's public life.

What can be the purpose of allowing such a post? Only to generate more hatred.

I suggest that the writer go serve in the IDF before he attacks others.

When someone in Israel claims to be employed - in computers or in any other field - but has not served in the IDF, he perforce has to fall into one of three catgegories:

1. He is an Arab, and is thus exempt.

2. He is haredi and has declared that he is studying in a Yeshiva, in whcih case his service is deferred.

3. The army found him unfit for military service, in which case the Zionistic amongst this third group volunteer for a couple of years of community service, known here as "national service".

Which was it?

HAHAHAHA "The Bubble Maker" pretends to be Israeli and doesn't even know common law. Several categories are lacking:
- what about those who did their military service in their country of origin, before alyah?
- what about those who made alyah after military age?

You are a shirker who pretends to be Israeli, but you are just a haredi, whose morality is much below that of the seculars.
