Iran "will threaten Israel's existence should it go nuclear," Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, the crown prince of Abu Dhabi, warned. It is surprising that the Israelis still want peace after what happened in Lebanon and Gaza, the emir of Qatar, Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, is quoted as saying.

After Qatar, Abu Dhabi confesses that there is nothing wrong in the behaviour of Israel, quite the opposite: they are surprised Israel would still want peace after Lebanon and Gaza takeover by terrorist organisations.

No one will now be able to allege that Israel is acting irresponsibly . When the king of Saudi Arabia and the king of Jordan call for lopping off the head of the Iranian snake, no one will believe them when they denounce an Israeli operation.

And now, it's Israel's work to save the world from Iran! Maybe with a little help from the USA?

Thank you Jose.

I look forward to seeing this startling revelation appear in tomorrows Guardian and Independent.

Oh, wait.... that would make them appear to be liars or idiots - or possibly both. So I don't suppose it'll happen.

Right, they can't avoid writing about it but they will avoid these parts that even Haaretz felt compelled to publish (probably fearing the other newspapers do it).

Sure Armchair! Look how Israel did in 1949 without any help from the USA, and against many times superior forces! Then same thing in 1956, then again in 1967, winning a war that will remain in history textbooks for some time. After that, USA help began.
Maybe they understood that Israel was there to stay. Maybe someone there had read "The Lion and the Rat" (a fable by Jean de La Fontaine, taken from Aesop I guess).
So don't worry for Israel's arse and take care of yours.

Also Wednesday, a senior Turkish official blamed Israel for the WikiLeaks release. Addressing reporters, Huseyin Celik, deputy leader of Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan's AKP party, hinted that Israel engineered the leak of hundreds of thousands of United States diplomatic cables as a plot to pressure the Turkish government.

Paranoia at the highest level in Turkey! It's time to have these clowns removed from power.
